Earth Solutions Expands into Sustainable Gardening Introducing Square Foot Garden Boxes™ and Aquaponics Products and Services

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Expanding its product offerings into sustainable lifestyle and gardening products, Earth Solutions unveiled a new line of environmentally friendly, green and sustainable products aimed at the organic vegetable gardening and aquaponics market.

Square Foot Garden Boxes™, available in six sizes, are made from solid FSC certified spruce wood, free of synthetic preservatives, glues, dyes, or finishes. Designed to simplify home organic gardening, the raised boxes reduce the amount of work associated with weeding and tending plants. Compared to conventional row gardening, they allow the production of five times as much food, and require less than half the water.

Earth Solutions aquaponics systems allow the gardener to grow fish and vegetables faster and more efficiently than other food production systems. This is a self-contained eco-system in which the fish produce the nutrients to feed the plants, while the plants and bacteria clean the water for the fish. Earth Solutions aquaponics systems provide a practical, economical way to grow fish and vegetables organically, and represent a major advance in the ability of ordinary people to feed themselves without the large carbon footprint associated with conventional agriculture, or the pollution and fishery damage associated with conventional seafood production.

The aquaponics barrel kit contains four scientifically balanced components which comprise a re-circulating aquaculture and hydroponics system.
